Small businesses should not need a different login, a different design language, and a different support team for every tool they use — but they also should not be stuck with one giant, bloated suite that does everything badly instead of a few things well.
Hubnexa sits between those two. Each app does a single job properly, and they are built to work together when you use more than one — starting with Kete CRM for pipeline, contacts, and invoicing.
How we build
Every app stands on its own. You can use just one and never think about the others. But they share a common design language and, where it makes sense, the same customer data, so moving between them never feels like moving between companies.
We build in New Zealand, for New Zealand businesses first. That means GST handled properly, NZD pricing, and invoices your accountant will recognise — not an afterthought bolted onto a product designed somewhere else.
Where we are headed
Kete CRM was the first app, followed by Hubnexa Sign for electronic signatures and a set of free calculators. Church management and construction tools are in build now. Each one is aimed at a specific, practical problem small businesses actually have.
