What is Hubnexa?
Hubnexa is the company behind a growing set of small, focused apps for small businesses. Kete CRM was the first one, followed by Hubnexa Sign and a set of free calculators.
Is Kete CRM part of Hubnexa?
Yes — Kete CRM is Hubnexa's first product. You can visit it directly at crm.hubnexa.net.
Do I need a separate account for each app?
Each app currently has its own account and login. As more apps launch we are moving toward a single Hubnexa login that covers all of them, which is what the hub is for.
Is my data shared between apps?
Not automatically. Each app keeps its own data, isolated from the others, unless you explicitly connect them.
How does pricing work?
You pay per app, per month, in NZD excluding GST. Add an app when you need it and drop it when you do not — it all lands on one invoice. The calculators and utilities are free and need no account. See the pricing page for current rates.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Subscriptions run month to month and you can cancel any single app without touching the others.
What is coming next?
Church management and construction tools are in build. The homepage always shows what is live and what is on the way.
